On several occasions, Susannah has been involved in some graphic design work. She designed the Dia de los Tamales pin-up cartoons the company uses as a logo. She also handled the signage while working at both Hackney's Restaurant in Chicago, as well as at Flaco's Tacos in Chicago. In Avenue Q, she did all of the puppet re-construction for Kate Monster and Lucy T. Slut, as well as designed and created each of the signs used in the show.
