A Little Bit About Susannah Corrington:
ACTRESS * SONGSTRESS * COMEDIENNE
Susannah is originally from Saint Louis, Missouri, although there's a fair chunk of her life that was spent in Skagway, Alaska working for her family's business. She finally conquered her stage fright around the age of four, when she discovered the joy of singing along to Fiddler on the Roof in the car with her father at the top of their lungs. (She would have been a revolutionary Fruma Sarah at age five, for the record.) Her love of music and theater only prospered as she started performing on stage in high school -- and took that passion with her to college. After graduating in 2012 with a BFA in Musical Theatre Performance from Columbia College Chicago, Susannah enrolled in Second City Chicago's Comedy Studies program. The 16-week comedy intensive opened so many doors for her, both in sketch writing and improvisation.
Eventually, Susannah's resfeber took her out west to Los Angeles. Since her relocation, she's had your pretty standard run-of-the-mill voiceover, film, and TV gigs. You may have even seen her as you've fallen asleep on your living room couch on The Weather Channel a few times, and possibly as you're binging on college humor videos - or maybe you've heard her 'fat voice' in the youtube short Les Kassos. Her time as a production coordinator at a post-production studio in Burbank has landed her a few of her favorite roles -- particularly the voice of Adrian, "The Fragrance," in Miraculous Ladybug season 2. She has also graced a few local stages as Kate Monster & Lucy the Slut in Avenue Q, Black Stache in Peter and the Starcatcher, Pennywise in Urinetown, Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors, and Velma Von Tussle in Hairspray. She is a 2019 Resident Artist with Domino One Productions.
